The Ministry develops and coordinates environmental policies, guidelines and programmes that support environmental protection and sustainable development in Anambra State. It works with relevant government institutions to promote compliance with applicable environmental laws and standards, incorporate environmental considerations into development planning, and address emerging environmental challenges.
